Dr. Clinita Randolph earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology at Thomas Jefferson University. Prior to this, she obtained her M.S. in Biological Systems from the University of Delaware and her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Product Development from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Randolph has a background in various fields of scientific research including biology, microbiology, and biochemistry. Yet, opportunities to teach and mentor students sparked her interest in a career where she could work alongside students to improve their success in the sciences. With formal training in pedagogy, Dr. Randolph is excited to use research-based methods to promote student retention and academic success in the sciences. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding scenic places to visit.
